Meet Synerra

Climate Change Changing Greece is stepping into its proper name: Synerra, from the Greek syn (together) and the Latin terra (earth). Together for the earth.

Synerra rebrand card showing the etymology: syn, together, plus erra, earth, meaning together for the earth

Today we are introducing the new name behind Climate Change Changing Greece.

  • Syn | together, in union, with others (from the Greek prefix συν-)

  • Erra | earth, land, ground (from Latin terra and the Greek root for our shared ground)

Synerra = together for the earth.

The word captures everything we are trying to build. A community where scientists, civil society, businesses, youth, and frontline communities meet on common ground to act on climate change in Greece.

What started as Climate Change Changing Greece is now stepping into its proper name. Synerra is who we are. The community, the synergies, the shared ground that makes the work possible.

This is one early step in a wider rebrand. More to come in the weeks ahead, including the full visual identity and our first Advisory Board call.

Greece's climate future is something we build together. We are just getting started.

Climate action made easy, together.
