Meet the board, part 4 of 4.

Elisabeth Vishnevskaja, CFA, sustainable finance and responsible investment.

Elisabeth built her career in capital markets in London and Hong Kong, moving from fixed income research into asset management and becoming ESG champion for her firm's fixed income investments. She then crossed into the NGO world, working with the Climate Bonds Initiative on green bonds and taxonomy alignment, and later with the PRI.

That crossing is the point. She brings capital markets rigour and a working knowledge of where the big money is going, and she is interested in bringing both down to a very local level.

She sees real ground to gain in Greece. Much of the ESG work here still sits with the reporting teams, which means the step from disclosure to genuine capital allocation is still there to be taken, and Greece can take it faster for having watched others go first.

She moved to Athens in 2020, and enjoys making people laugh, whether in everyday life or at one of her live stand-up gigs.

Elisabeth, thank you for joining us.
